Esme Palaganas
Esme is a trained designer and a growth strategist for policy, design programs, brands and businesses. She graduated from City University of London – Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) with a Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership.
As a creative and designer, she has shown in Malaysia and the Philippines, and worked with brands such as Melissa and L’Oreal. Her businesses, policy and advocacy work has garnered substantial publicity coverage and awards in the Philippines, US, Singapore and Japan.
Her organisational work involves partnerships with Global Shapers and World Economic Forum, Art Fair Philippines, and Department of Trade and Industries. She is a Visiting Lecturer at De La Salle University’s Business School and College of St. Benilde’s Design School, a contributor to Philippine Star and Vogue Philippines, and a representative at UNCTAD eTrade for Women.
